Back in Action continually monitors how our patients perceive their recovery. After the completion of their therapy we ask our patients to fill out a Satisfaction Survey. This survey looks at the following:
- Staff performance
- Timeliness in scheduling
- Patient reported recovery
- Overall satisfaction
At BIA we post our results intermittently on our website for review. In addition each staff meeting that we have we review patient comments and feedback to assist in better serving our customers.
