Back-in-Action personnel are available to review your coverage, assist in processing claims, and will help you make arrangements for payment plans. Back-in-Action is an innetwork provider for FABOH, KMEGH and other local plans. Your initial visit will last approximately one hour. At this visit, our therapists will listen to your concerns and perform a complete evaluation. Based on the evaluation and your specific needs, your therapist will develop an individualized treatment plan just for you.
