We have worked hard since 1993 at proving to you, your friends, family, neighbors as well as your physician that Back in Action is your best choice for rehabilitation. We do not have a guarantee for tomorrow’s client or referral so our success is literally based on every client encounter. Our Therapists and Staff have dedicated their careers and training to the success of that very encounter and every one that follows. Back in Action has excellent working relationships with all area, and outside of area, physicians.

Back in Action has 4 locations to better serve you and bring our care closer to you. These facilities are located in Fond du Lac, Mayville, Kewaskum, and New Holstein. State of the art technology make it very easy to coordinate your care with different BIA facilities in the event your travels bring you closer to a different BIA clinic.

Back-in-Action Physical Therapy is an independent private practice clinic dedicated to setting the highest standards for out-patient therapy. Our goal is to provide the whole community with cost-effective physical and occupational therapy and rehabilitative services. We are committed to maximizing the physical potential of our clients in an unprecedented atmosphere of healing and individualized care.

Our philosophy of practice incorporates a strong emphasis on the client's education and understanding. The client plays an active role in the rehabilitation process, facilitated by education and individualized responsibilities. Our commitment also extends to the medical and related health care community to maximize the communication in the health care delivery circle.

Back-in-Action Physical Therapy utilizes a series of adoptive equipment which allows for the integration of exercise to all the various stages of recovery.
